The expansion of rapid re-housing and permanent supportive housing models for families experiencing homelessness has prompted communities to explore how to use their transitional housing resources. This has resulted in narrower targeting of transitional housing programs and, in some cases, shifting missions.
Speakers will include Kay Moshier McDivitt, Vice President for Programs at Tabor Community Services and Sharon McDonald, Senior Policy Analyst at the National Alliance to End Homelessness.
