The Mayor’s Task Force on Homelessness of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska has developed a “Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness.” The vision of this plan is that in ten years, the homeless of Anchorage will be connected with a way to secure safe and affordable housing within three months of being identified by any provider of homeless services. The five support pillars of this vision are: the targeted care intervention, information management, prevention, public policy, and housing. This plan was finalized on January 11, 2005.

This audio conference covered the HUD-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program.
