Long Beach's Community Partnership addresses the needs of the city's homeless people and consists of a series of goals. The Housing Goal aims to increase affordable housing for homeless and low-income people. The Economic Stability Goal increases availability of resources for basic needs. The Supportive Services Goal and the Outcome Involvement Goal encourage homeless and non-homeless people alike. Finally, the Outcomes and Evaluation Goal utilizes data and research to monitor and measure the Ten Year Plan.
