The Fairfield County Housing Coalition developed a ten year plan to end homelessness by 2017. Reviewing studies and needs assessments, the plan included strategies that will best address local needs. The strategies build on current strengths and provide new programs and services to meet the needs of homeless persons in the region. Fairfield County is part of the 17 county effort in Southeast and Central Ohio (RHISCO).
